The luxurious Coral Reef project, an artificial man-made island located in Dubai Maritime City (DMC), is set to become a desirable private residential destination. Mimicking the intricate structure of a coral reef, the innovative project is expected to offer residents a lavish and unique lifestyle.
In addition to the 48-storey premium apartments, the project will also feature six magnificent podiums equipped with exceptional amenities to meet the needs and desires of future residents.
The developer of this lavish building, Damac Properties, offers extravagant beachfront apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. The living space of the homes ranges from 776 square feet to 1,815 square feet. The structure is a true manifestation of Damac’s collaboration with renowned French artist Vincent Faudemer, known for his modernist pieces. The project’s lavish properties have a distinct artistic touch thanks to this creative partnership.
Known as the “Little Prince” of contemporary art and inventor of the internationally recognized Babolex brand, Vincent Faudemer took part in the design of Coral Reef, drawing on the reality of the creative collaboration between the two.
From the large and spacious balconies, residents can enjoy magnificent views of the surroundings and the Arabian Sea. First-class appliances such as refrigerators, ovens and hoods will be located in the kitchen area, along with cabinets and stone surfaces. The bedrooms will have built-in wardrobes.
